We are recruiting for a Panel Beater based in Wickford, Essex.

What we are offering:

• Full time/permanent
• Monday – Friday
• 8am – 5pm (can finish early Fridays when work permits)
• Salary £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Qualifications/Requirements

• Current or very recent Bodyshop experience as a Panel Beater (Ideally at least 2 years' practical experienced).
• Full UK driver’s License.
• Be able to work in a team and independently when required.
• City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Bodyshop Repair.
• Previous Bodyshop Panel Beater experience is essential.

Duties will include:

Repair and replace damaged panels on vehicles, ensuring alignment and fitment meet industry standards.

• Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs effectively.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand the repair process for different vehicle models.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring repair or replacement.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
