In this role, you will be the driving force behind our production lines, ensuring our high-quality finished goods, bespoke mixes, and internal products are made to specification and delivered on time.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love to learn, and take pride in maintaining excellent safety and quality standards, we want to hear from you!Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLine Operations: Run production lines at optimum speed, ensuring all products are made to a high standard, while assisting with the assembly and packing of goods.Team Collaboration: Work closely with production planners, supervisors, and fellow operators to ensure schedules are met and training is up to date.Safety and Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Health and Safety directives and Food Regulations.Hygiene Standards: Keep the production area clean and tidy, actively adhering to a "clean as you go" policy and assisting with site cleaning as required.Quality Control: Complete all required paperwork accurately and carry out timely Food Safety Quality Checks.Reporting: Promptly report any hazards, near-misses, unsafe conditions, or procedural breaches to your supervisor or line
