The role offers a great mix of duties, and you''ll be able to gain experience in different educational settings. Your responsibilities will include: 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), behavioural challenges, and academic needs. Leading and supporting interventions for students who are struggling in certain subject areas. Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and ensuring all students are engaged and progressing. Helping students with their emotional wellbeing, encouraging self-confidence and personal growth. Implementing the school''s behaviour policy, promoting positive behaviour and supporting students in managing their conduct.
