You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end execution of transactions, working closely with both clients and investors. From preparing detailed financial analyses and business plans to presenting strategic recommendations, your work will be central to their success.This role offers exposure to a variety of projects and real estate asset classes, along with the opportunity to build your business development skills in a respectful, growth-focused environment.Who We’re Looking For

The team are looking for individuals who combine analytical excellence with a collaborative spirit. They’re especially keen to connect with individuals who are looking to grow in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment.You may be a strong fit if you have:5 -7 years of professional experience, ideally in real estate, MandA covering Digital Infrastructure and Telecom TowersProven MandA and Debt deal experience from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm or from a Big 4 Accountancy Firm Corporate Finance / MandA TeamProven ability to manage projects from pitch to completionSolid financial modelling and presentation (PowerPoint) skillsA positive, proactive mindset and strong sense of accountabilityThe ability to work well as part of a team, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levelsAn enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in the Real Estate sector
