Autonomy for project delivery of all project stages, supported by a multi discipline businessDeveloping and managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growthIdentifying strategies and solutions that deliver successful outcomes for our projects and clientsIdentifying opportunities to innovate our services, through technology or processesRaising Ridge’s profile and brand within the construction industry and region through service excellence and networkingDemonstrating leadership qualities to our colleagues, clients and delivery partnersAdvise on and implement the selection and appointment of all necessary consultants and specialistsDay-to-day responsibility for projectsProvide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the clientAssist with leading and managing the project management teamQualifications

Ideally chartered within RICS, APM or CIOBStrong understanding of project delivery processes from RIBA 0-6Significant consultancy construction project management experienceThe ability to lead projects and teams, and to develop long-lasting client relationships, with autonomyThe ability to set up and drive new projects from inception, including the early stages of site de-risking, to completion and close outExceptional communication and reporting, incorporating the use of MS Office, MS Project and/or alternative scheduling software.About You

You are an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams. You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams to complete the projects to agreed timelines.Seniority level
