Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our local government client, to recruit a HR Business Partner for up to a 12 week duration This is an exciting opportunity to join a senior leadership team to shape workforce plans, strengthen organisational collaboration, and manage risks, offer insight, and subsequent resolution Key Responsibilities for the HR Business Partner role: Build relationships with senior leadership Taking the lead with complex employee matters through to resolution Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internal and external Supporting the ongoing use of HR policy and procedures Provide high level advice Identify risks and implement plans to resolve Support and influence leadership to adopt cultural change to the benefit of the business Monitoring trends, providing training, continuous implrovement, guidance and learning across the business Monitoring and producting metrics and analytics for the business Ensuring they are up to date with all employment law Ensuring best practice is adpoted throughout Candidate Requirements for the HR Business partner role: CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Practice (or equivalent HR qualification).
