The successful candidate will work closely with 5 Team Leaders, who oversee a team of 25 Officers, to implement these changes effectively. Person Specification Demonstrated experience in delivering cultural change is crucial. While in-depth knowledge of the Housing Wales Act is beneficial, it is not essential for this position. Flexibility to work a 4-day week on a pro-rata pay basis. Availability to be present in the office at least 3 days per week.
