This is a hands-on position with real involvement in day-to-day factory operations, offering excellent visibility and the chance to make a tangible impact.This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the product and the process, combining shop floor quality activities with systems and technical responsibilities.What You ll Be DoingBe a visible quality presence on the factory floor, supporting standards and driving best practiceCarry out quality checks, inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and customer standardsSupport and maintain the Quality Management System, including documentation and record keepingInvestigate customer complaints, carrying out root cause analysis and implementing corrective actionsWork closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and food safetyEnsure site compliance with BRC standards and support audit preparation and executionUse systems and tools such as Excel to manage data, track trends and support
