Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, group reorganisations, and management buyouts.Lead tax due diligence and structuring projects.Provide international tax advice and support on employment-related securities.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality, commercially focused tax solutions.Contribute to training and marketing initiatives, if desired.
