Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 6pm, Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, Alternate Saturdays 10am - 2pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The position of Senior Lettings Consultantwill involve growing the property register, by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target driven team.

Duties will include:

Identifying and maximising business opportunitiesBooking property viewings and registering applicantsDelivering exceptions customer service over the phone and face to faceAchieving personal and branch sales targetsNegotiating and agreeing tenanciesRepresenting the company in a professional mannerBuilding strong relationships internally and externally

Skills

required :

At least 2 years’ experience as a residential lettings’ agent and a proven track record in securing new business.Listing and or valuation experience.Excellent sales ability.High level of customer service skills.Good telephone manner and positive attitude.The ability to negotiate.Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.Be responsive to change.
