As part of their strategic growth plans, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to play a key role in the continued development of the Building Surveying division.

Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: -60,000 - -80,000 (depending on experience)

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview:
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of professional and project work across commercial buildings. This includes dilapidations, acquisition surveys, contract administration, and project management. You will work closely with a dynamic team on projects across London and the Home Counties, with occasional national travel.

Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements:

• MRICS qualification (essential)
• Proven experience delivering professional and project work within commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge across dilapidations, acquisition surveys, contract administration, and project management
• Excellent client-facing and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver to high standards
• Full UK driving licence
