Site/Senior Site Manager – Bucks and Beds – Negotiable Salary – Temp to PermMy client is a highly respected UK national residential developer specialising in new build developments within London and the Home Counties.Job description and ResponsibilitiesMy client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a number of Site and Senior Site Manager’s on a number of residential developments in the Bucks and Bedfordshire areas. The developments consist of luxury apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town houses and require a strong team to see the developments through.Key Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidates must have experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes consisting of town houses and apartments.Experience in RC Frame would be a bonus.The ideal candidates will have experience from inception through to completionCandidates must have a valid CSCS Black Card (Desirable), SMSTS, first aid and a member of CIOB is desirable but not essential.Apply For This Job
