This position will involve managing export shipments from start to finish, working closely with overseas offices, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.You will be responsible for handling both LCL and FCL shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timelines are met. This is a great opportunity for someone with existing ocean export experience looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-structured environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process bookings from overseas officesManage export files within the internal systemPrepare shipping instructions and export documentationLiaise with shipping lines and carriersMonitor vessel departures and schedulesEnsure all documentation is compliant and completeHandle file costing and raise invoicesResolve any shipment or file-related queriesAbout YouPrevious experience in Ocean Export operations is essentialStrong understanding of freight forwarding processesKnowledge of customs procedures (including Duty/VAT on imports is advantageous)Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work within a teamAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office
