About the Company

A well-established specialist in commercial interior fit-outs, delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B projects across the UK. They focus on creating modern, functional workspaces for a diverse range of clients, offering end-to-end services from design through to completion.

We are seeking a Senior Estimator - CAT A & B Fit Out to join a busy and ambitious team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for medium to large-scale commercial fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards.

• Preparing detailed estimates for CAT A & B commercial fit-out projects

• Reviewing tender documentation and identifying risk and opportunities

• Collaborating with design and project teams to ensure feasible and profitable pricing

• Managing and updating cost databases, subcontractor rates, and supplier pricing

• Producing comprehensive reports, tender submissions, and cost plans

• Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in estimating CAT A & B fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and commercial interiors

• Excellent numeracy, analytical, and attention to detail

• Experience using estimating software and MS Office, particularly Excel

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders to deadlines

• -65,000 per annum + competitive benefits package
