The Junior Sous Chef Role2 years experience in a similar role within a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchenExcellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standardsGood understanding of ordering and wastage, stock management, Chef rotasUnderstanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a mustLove for the hospitality industry, Spanish food and cultureAbility to run all sections of the kitchen including the pass when neededStrong team ethic showing respect for your colleaguesPositively train and lead a team of junior chefsGood level of English languageA passion for your own development is a must
