Service Manager
Main Purpose: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI). Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, drive service development and business growth, and uphold values and strategic aims. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional leadership and operational management across the service. Oversee budgets, staffing, recruitment, and compliance with all statutory requirements. Drive quality improvement and ensure the delivery of person-centred care. Develop and implement annual business and service development plans. Ensure effective safeguarding, health, and wellbeing practices. Support and supervise staff to maintain high standards and morale. About You: QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Strong understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements. Proven leadership experience in a health or social care setting. Skilled in managing budgets, teams, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Flexible and able to work occasional unsociable hours when required.
