Spanish/English speaking team assistant for international media company C21Media, an international publishing and events business serving the global entertainment industry, is looking for a fluent Spanish and English speaking team assistant to join its London office. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative and organisational support to all areas of the Latin/Spanish division of C21Media, with a focus on production, sales and event operations. £29,000 per annum, full time, based in Shoreditch with some home working. This is a demanding hybrid role in a busy team for a fluent Spanish speaking, energetic and highly organised all-rounder, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure, be able to self-motivate and work on their own initiative. The role requires a diligent approach and demands excellent attention to detail, while also keeping a friendly can-do attitude to maintain relationships with key clients.
