As the Senior Systems Integration Architect / Consultant you are a key role in the SITA MSI CoE. This role guides the design and implementation of an adequate systems integration solution architecture based on functional and non-functional requirements to support the required business capabilities. This also requires leading early engagement planning and consulting assignments with target markets including Constructors, Designers, Architects and Airports positioning SITA as both industry leader, advisor, and delivery partner.
Working, influencing and delivering in the early engagement space, the Senior Systems Integration Architect provides focused MSI leadership and consultancy to target markets to position SITA and its capabilities, knowledge and market offering to identify, guide and influence opportunities for MSI and Specialist product revenues.
Core to this role is leading and ensuring alignment with GEO technical and integration delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the MSI early engagement capability from the technology and integration perspective.
Continuous engagement, collaboration and alignment with CCM business and the GEOs.
Collaborate to develop, articulate and present the CoE technical value proposition to internal and external customers.
Position SITA as the travel tech partner of choice for the MSI perspective.
Drive MSI and Advisory in conjunction with GEO Technical and Delivery teams.
Interface with corporate technical and product functions to share and collaborate on integration knowledge.
Deliver MSI / integration and Advisory assignments to build trusted relationships with customers, demonstrate technical credibility and obtain field/customer feedback.
Develop and run client workshops, managing activities to enable the customer to realize and implement the benefits of MSI.
Contribute to the development of regional or local partnerships with external suppliers/partners and evaluate vendor/third party offerings.
Support GEO Bid teams in the preparation of RFP technical responses.
Support GEO’s in the technical planning and preparation to deliver MSI projects.
Experience
Specific experience in the Industry. At least ten (10) years of business-related consultancy or industry experience.
Team leadership experience / working in matrix-managed organizations. Understanding of Airline Industry IT/Network environment (an advantage).
Complex Bid and Proposal Management.
Project and Program management skills.
Managing Third Parties. Operating at senior levels of customer (regional/global heads of business).

Capable of leading integration design and development as well as providing thought leadership across multiple programs of works and projects.
At least 7+ years working in Systems Integration Architecture or equivalent in complex projects.
ATI business knowledge and experience.
Airport construction and/or project experience.
Proven ATI MSI and Advisory business knowledge, capabilities and experience.
ATI and SITA product/solutions portfolio knowledge.
Senior management engagement experience with Airports and Third parties.
Operating at senior levels of customer (Regional/global heads of business).
Consulting experience and skills.
Advanced collaboration, facilitation and engagement skills and experience.
