This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-focused professional to take ownership of key platforms and play a pivotal role in driving process improvement and operational efficiency across the business.As Business Systems Lead, you will act as the central point of contact for all business systems, with a particular focus on HubSpot CRM optimisation and workflow improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure systems are aligned with business needs, while identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced performance.Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimise core business systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalabilityAct as the primary contact for system queries, improvements, and issue resolutionLead the ongoing development and enhancement of CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutionsIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesMaintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across systemsProvide user support, training, and best practice guidanceManage third-party system providers and support integrations Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Business Systems, CRM, or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with Hub
