Job Title: DV Cleared Service Architect

Rate: -750 per day via an approved umbrella company
Must be willing and eligible to go through the DV Clearance process

What you''ll be doing:
* Lead the design of end-to-end IT services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and contractual commitments (SLAs, KPIs).
* Develop detailed service models, including transition, operational, and governance frameworks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing, test requirements, and support needs.
* Oversee service artefacts, process design, and integration, facilitating smooth service readiness and transition.
* Manage RAID items, impact assessments, and early life support planning.
* Influence overall solution design to optimise service stability and efficiency.
* Work closely with solution owners and operational teams to ensure service quality.

What you''ll bring:
* Extensive experience in service architecture and management, with a strong operational understanding of IT service supply chains.
* Proven ability to develop and document comprehensive service designs and artefacts.
* Skilled in process creation, documentation, and service readiness activities.
* Strong stakeholder influencing skills, capable of working with senior leaders.
* Knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL, ISO20000, or IT4IT.
* Ability to lead virtual and co-located teams within tight deadlines.
