This is a full-time, fixed-term position available as soon as possible, subject to pre-employment and safeguarding checks.The ideal candidate will:Support and assist the teacher in the classroom with various tasks, working collaboratively and serving as a positive role model for childrenHave experience supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups to help them achieve their individual targetsBe self-motivated and flexiblePossess good communication skills and excellent organizational abilitiesBe willing to contribute to curriculum development and the broader life of the school through professional learning and developmentThe selection process includes a storytelling session/activity with pupils lasting approximately fifteen minutes, observed by the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher. Successful candidates will then be invited for an interview with the leadership team and a governing body member.We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers must share this commitment.
