About the Role

A leading accountancy practice is seeking an experienced

MandA Tax Specialist

to join its high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest buy-outs in Europe, advising

private equity houses

and

infrastructure funds

on complex tax matters.

The role provides the chance to build a

strong client portfolio , develop

technical expertise , and foster

strategic relationships

with key industry players.

Responsibilities

Support clients with

MandA tax advisory , managing high-profile transactions.

Provide guidance to

international and mid-cap private equity houses, infrastructure funds, and emerging capital providers .

Assist in all stages of the

deal cycle , including

due diligence, tax structuring, SPA review, financing input, post-acquisition implementation, and portfolio company advisory .

Lead

tax compliance and advisory projects , ensuring adherence to complex regulatory frameworks.

Identify

business development opportunities , fostering strong client relationships.

Enhance

marketing and technical expertise , contributing to industry thought leadership.

Promote

diversity and inclusion , fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification

preferred.

Proven

MandA tax or transaction tax experience , ideally within a professional services firm.

Strong

commercial awareness , with exposure to

international clients .

Excellent

communication and project management skills , capable of analyzing complex issues and providing tailored solutions.

Experience as a

mentor or coach , supporting junior professionals.
