AccountabilitiesProviding a full sales ledger and debt collection service for Schools and departmentsCheck customer information in SITS and ensure it is correct. Liaise with Student Records and School contacts to correct data as necessaryLiaising with people in Schools and Departments in respect to the collection of debtsProviding relevant and accurate information to them on outstanding amounts and consulting with them on the action to be takenRunning Debt and other reports from SAP and using them to chase debtsReviewing ledger daily for receipts not allocated to invoices. Investigating, matching, resolving or refunding these balancesCandidate RequirementsWorking towards an accountancy qualification (E)Experience working in a busy finance environment, preferably within the Education sectorA good understating of the relationship and interface between SITS / SAP and fees debt collection (E)Strong attention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCampaign Timeline This is an urgent post and is open until filled.
