The successful candidate will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and emotional support, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our service users at all times. We are particularly looking for care staff who are capable of supporting individuals with autism, demonstrating patience, understanding, and the ability to adapt care approaches to meet their specific needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a respectful and empathetic attitude, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
