Account Manager - Hybrid

Position: Junior Account Manager Company Our client is ranked among Europe''s top 10 Managed Service Providers. They specialise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, support, and consultancy, providing enterprise-level solutions to mid-market and growing businesses. The Role This role involves a blend of client relationship management, technical consultation, and strategic planning to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Using your technical knowhow, you will develop an in-depth understanding of our products, processes, and services, you will be instrumental in aligning our offerings to the unique needs of each client. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders through regular engagement, including on-site/in person and virtual meetings. Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions from our product suite with our expert pre-sales team. Act as the primary client advocate within the Company, ensuring your client''s needs are communicated and prioritised. Drive contract renewals, identify growth opportunities, and protect recurring revenue streams through strategic account management. Mediate feedback between clients and internal teams, assisting in the creation of internal procedures to enhance service delivery. Inform clients about new products and services, offering personalised suggestions to ensure client retention and improve sales efficiency. Work with our Marketing Manager on client
