The Role: As part of a close-knit and high-performing Process and Development team, you ll take ownership of key elements in the full product development lifecycle from initial concept through to factory-scale launch. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting product trials on site Scaling recipes from kitchen development to production line Ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining accurate technical documentation Collaborating daily with Operations, Technical, and Planning teams Providing guidance and support to junior technologists This is a fast-paced, hands-on environment where cross-functional communication is essential.
