join an international luxury hotel collection, representing a small group of their stunning hotels in Central London.This will be strategic and hands-on role where you will be responsible for all their luxury businessworking with high end agencies as well as directly.You will also be responsible for galvanising a small team.Please only apply to this role if you possess the above experience!

The Role of the Cluster Director of SalesResponsible of sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the Londons sales teamProactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvementWorks closely with the Hotel Managers to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvementImplements enabling technologies to sales teamCoordinates training delivery to sales teamAssists in the preparation of the budget and ensures the activities to be undertaken are implemented within cost constraintsImplements sales activities according to action plan to achieve budgeted goalsReview market analysis, determine client needs, occupancy potential for our hotels, rates desired etc.Foster a co-operative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximum team morale and productivity
