I am currently working alongside a leading civil engineering-contractor who are looking to hire an experienced sub agent to work closely with the site agent and engineers.-

For this role we would look at Sub Agent from a trades background as well as engineering!!

This Role Falls Outside IR35!!!

Sub Agent Responsibilities:-

• Management of subcontractors-
• Ensure that inspection and test plans, risk assessments, and method statements for the control of the works are reviewed, approved, and adhered to.
• Management of health and safety.
• Qulity management.-
• Overseeing the engineering team.
• Daily record keeping and briefings-
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.

Sub-Agent Requirements:

• Temporary Works Supervisor
• CSCS card - Gold/Black.
• SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience within the civil engineering sector ideally water based.
• Strong communication skills.
