You will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 2 days and 2 nights. You''ll be part of a skilled, cross-functional team responsible for planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact the reliability and productivity of the bakery process systems, helping to minimise downtime and optimise performance.Key responsibilities include:Performing planned maintenance and reactive repairs on production machinery and site infrastructureDiagnosing faults quickly and implementing effective solutionsSupporting shift engineers and collaborating across departmentsMaintaining high standards of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and HygieneParticipating in continuous improvement projects and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencyAssisting with training and development of colleaguesContributing to installation and modification projects across the siteWhat you''ll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you''ll need:Essential:Strong communication
