I am looking for a Building Surveyor to work in Worcestershire for a housing association. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the repairs contracts; in regards to damp, mould surveys. Duties of the Building Surveyor: General day-to-day maintenance.Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveysScheduling day to day repairs.Building Surveyor essentials:Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential propertiesAbility to work at pace and adapt to change.Experience within social housing. Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys.
