2nd Line Support Engineer Contractor to join a fantastic Creative Agency located near Angel, Islington Train Station. This is an on-site role, Monday to Friday, providing essential support to over 200 users.The Role:As a key member of the IT team, you''ll be the first point of contact for all face-to-face and remote end-user issues. Your responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive 2nd line support, resolving a wide range of technical issues for over 200 users.Identifying opportunities for IT process improvements and efficiency gains.Managing staff accounts and access permissions.Conducting IT inductions for all new starters.About You:Ideally, you''ll bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar support role.
