Experience / Qualifications:
- Highly experienced working in the Legionella / Water Treatment industry
- Track record of improving company revenue and growing accounts
- Team player and able to motivate employees
- Able to work under pressure
- Up to date with latest Health & Safety legislation
- Effective communication
- Organising workload plans and day to day running''s

The Role:
- Set policies, SLAs and KPIs for employees
- Oversee team members, subcontractors and suppliers
- Responsible for providing correct PPE and training employees on Health & Safety
- Creating budgets and set targets
- Carry out site audits and site visits
- Attend client meetings
