About the Role As a Customer Service Administrator, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers - managing bookings, handling queries, and keeping clients updated on their deliveries. You''ll work closely with transport planners and drivers to ensure operations run smoothly, providing exceptional support and communication every step of the way.
