About the Role As an Assessor/Trainer in Civil Engineering, you will take responsibility for an agreed caseload of learners, providing high-quality coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they successfully complete their apprenticeships. You will act as the main point of contact for learners and employers, fostering strong relationships to support the development of knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for success in the industry.
