Procurement Administrator
Procurement Administrator, Circa 30,000 - Havant Do you have experience in purchasing, procurement administration or supply chain support? Are you organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with suppliers and internal teams? This is a great opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join a well established manufacturing business supporting the purchasing team to ensure materials and components are sourced efficiently to support production. The role: what you will be doing As Procurement Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Raising purchase orders for materials, components and equipment Maintaining accurate supplier and product data within the system Tracking order acknowledgements, delivery dates and shipments Liaising with suppliers to resolve delivery delays or discrepancies Supporting cost comparison and quote requests Assisting with inbound logistics and freight coordination Maintaining purchasing records and documentation Supporting procurement process improvements and cost saving initiatives About you: what we are looking for To be successful in the Procurement Administrator role, you will ideally have: Experience in procurement administration, purchasing or supply chain support Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Experience working with ERP / MRP systems (D365 advantageous) Strong communication skills with the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams Good IT skills including Excel and Microsoft Office A CIPS
