Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.Organize, oversee and perform stock-takes.Daily cashing up.Opening and closing of the store, holding of keys.Meet all KPIs/Targets set by the company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).Oversee the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.Refunds and exchanges.Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office.Qualifications
