Location: Solihull Salary: 35,000Summary: Are you an experienced account manager or customer service professional looking to take your career to the next level? We''re looking for an Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing logistics business based in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and relationship management skills to step into a fast-paced environment where delivering outstanding service is key. While previous experience in logistics or supply chain is desirable, it''s not essential - full training will be provided. If you''re proactive, organised, and thrive on building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring SLA compliance. Handle client queries, issues, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency. Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure operational requirements are aligned. Identify opportunities to optimise service delivery and drive account growth.Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally managing multiple accounts. Previous experience working within a logistics organisation is desirable, but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
