A large manufacturing company in Witham, Essex are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis.

Depending on experience, this position will be paying between -13 - -15 per hour.

What does the position involve?

• As a CNC Operator, you will be required to operate CNC milling machines and double-head saws to precise specifications
• Reading from job sheets and technical drawings
• Set up tools, materials, and monitor production cycles
• Carry out quality checks on finished components
• Performing machine maintenance where required
• Work with team members to ensure that production deadlines are met
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

About You

• Experience in CNC machining and/or saw operation within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills
• Confident using measuring tools and interpreting technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
