Freelance Site Manager Needed – Start Monday 4th August / CRAWLEY - SUSSEX 

My client is urgently seeking a Bi-Lingual Site Manager (English & Romanian) to lead a 38-week steel frame new build retail project in Watford.

Project Highlights

• Steel frame construction

• Major packages: Tiling & M&E

• Fast-paced environment with strong long-term prospects for the right candidate

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Number 1 Site Manager on similar builds

• Strong track record managing trades and subcontractors

• Able to write programmes and solve issues swiftly as they arise

• Certifications needed: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 6:00pm
