Head of Commercial Valuations / Team lead - Manchester and surrounding areasWe are assisting an independent property firm that is establishing new offices in Manchester. They require a Head of Commercial Valuations / Team leader to help set up the function and progressively build the team.Responsibilities

Lead the creation and development of the commercial valuations team in Manchester and surrounding areas.Provide management and guidance, including hiring and team development.Spearhead projects and growth initiatives within valuation teams.Collaborate with the London and Leeds offices to establish processes and client foundations.Support a hybrid working culture, with an expected 3–5 days in the office per week and full-time commitment during the initial phase.Qualifications and Requirements

Previous management experience and hiring experience.Proven track record in leading projects and growth within valuation teams.Compensation and Conditions

All figures quoted are approximate. There may be an additional car allowance and bonus payments.
