The Role: As Audit and Accounts Manager, you''ll manage your own portfolio of clients, oversee audits from planning through to completion, and review statutory accounts and tax work. You''ll play a key role in developing junior staff, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver audit assignments from planning to final review Prepare and review statutory accounts under FRS 102 Oversee corporate tax compliance and assist with ad hoc tax planning Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors Review work prepared by juniors and semi-seniors, providing support and guidance Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact Monitor job budgets, workflow, and deadlines Work closely with partners on advisory as
