The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to have a big impact on the company. The account manager will take ownership of key client accounts covering account planning, project coordination and project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and client retention. These accounts and projects will be a mix of full-service (i.e. traditional agency-delivery) and self-service (i.e. supporting client delivery). They would work closely with the client delivery team to grow these accounts , as well as the project delivery team to ensure projects are delivered to schedule and on budget.
