We are partnering with a management consultancy with a big presence in capital markets, financial services and energy.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Senior Data Modeller will:-Generate the physical implementation of the data model-Oversee business analysis to gain understanding for data definition and usage-Work closely with experts and data architects to analyse the data requirements and to produce and update the data models-Engage with stakeholders-Review forums and project delivery in line with company standards-Help with both internal system data design and lodging of metadata management behavioursYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:-Data modelling experience in financial services industry working with large scale data migration programmes-Experience with financial services industry standard models-Stakeholder management experience and skills- an ability to communicate with all stakeholders to understand the business requirements-Project lifecycle experience-Understanding of UML or logical data models-Experience with RDBMS''s-Experience with data modelling tools like SparX, Erwin or similar-Skills in SQL and Python is nice to have but not essential-Experience with curating ontologies and experience with OWL/TTL/RDF is preferredAPPLY BELOW
