We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a residential care home and work alongside the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care. The Role:As Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, mentor and supervise staff, and provide emotional, practical, and developmental support to young people. You will act as a positive role model, helping children and young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
