The service is expanding to improve accessibility, quality, and outcomes for children, young people, and families-making this an excellent time to join and contribute to meaningful transformation.You will lead and develop the 4-13 Therapeutic Pathway clinical team, providing line management and clinical supervision to practitioners, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective service delivery. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the service meets contractual, clinical, and governance standards, achieving exceptional outcomes for service users.Leadership and Clinical OversightLead, manage and develop a team of therapeutic practitioners (up to 10 staff).Provide clinical and line management supervision in line with professional and organisational standards.Hold a small clinical caseload.Provide case management and participate in MDT (multi-disciplinary team) meetings.Undertake Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) responsibilities (training provided).Service Delivery and QualityOversee day-to-day delivery of brief intervention services for children aged 4-13 with emerging mild-to-moderate mental health needs.Al
