You''ll report to the Commercial Director, with a dotted line to the Head of HR who gets health and safety. So you won''t be in this alone...but you''ll be given the autonomy to lead.
 
This is also a brand-new Group HSE Manager position.
 
So yes... there might be some resistance....A few raised eyebrows.
Some old habits that will take time to break.
 
But you''ll have the freedom to do things the way you know is correct.
 
The largest site has about 80 people, so this isn''t a massive corporate machine. You''ll get to know the team, how they operate, and what really needs to change.
 
As a Group HSE Manager, this role is a great fit for you if...

• You hold a NEBOSH qualification.

The salary ranges from £55,000 to £65,000, and it comes with a company car along with a profit-sharing scheme.
 
You''ll be working from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
