As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting various manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Operate silicone dispensing equipment and maintain machinery. Pack silicone products into packaging. Move products between production areas and the warehouse. Verify and locate delivered goods. Produce stickers using various press machinery. Follow all company health and safety policies. Maintain a high level of personal and workspace hygiene. Continuously seek process improvements. Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to new responsibilities as needed. Requirements A keen eye for detail with a Quality First attitude. A Can Do approach to workload and targets.
