You will be dealing with and advising on matters covering all aspects of commercial real estate disputes such as: Acting for the team''s core client base of leading institutional investors, private equity houses, lenders and others on all aspects of contentious landlord and tenant and real property matters. Advising on development related disputes and potentially other specialist areas including real estate insolvency, professional negligence and building defects claims. Advising independently on smaller/medium sized matters and performing a lead associate role supporting partners and senior team members on larger matters including trials.
