Our aim is to retain the best talent and so when your project end date nears our team of Talent Community Advisors will be working with you to look at alternative projects within the firm that suit your experience should you wish to continue with Deloitte.Responsibilities
Co-ordinating Quality and Risk Management (QRM) meetings, a crucial part of our firm\''s governance, collaborating with project leaders and their Executive Assistants to ensure optimal participation.Providing proactive administrative support by managing shared Outlook calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling, and minimising conflicts.Drafting and disseminating clear, concise minutes and action items from various meetings to ensure effective follow-up and accountability.Supporting timely completion of action items by proactively following up with stakeholders after meetings.Administering data in our Deloitte Quality System (DEP) providing clear, articulate, and timely updates to records in the tool.Support the business in navigating quality and risk management processes via our mailbox as part of the QRM frontline risk team.Providing operational support to ad-hoc QRM team activities.IR35As a means of managing tax, commercial and reputational risks, Deloitte prohibits the use of Associates through Personal Service Companies (‘PSCsâ€). All Associates must contract under PAYE arrangements through a Deloitte approved ‘Employment Company’ (aka ‘umbrella company.’)
