Role: Lead Playworker Before and After School / Holiday Camps Location: Leeds Job Type: Part Time / Split Shift Hours: Mon Fri, 7:15am-9:00am and 3:00pm 6:00pm Pay: £13.69 - £14 Per Hour Start Date: Immediate Provide Education is seeking a dedicated and professional Lead Playworker to support our partner school in Leeds. The successful candidate will assist the Extended Services Manager in delivering high-quality childcare within a positive, safe, and engaging environment for pupils. Additionally, the Lead Playworker will deputise in the absence of the Extended Services Manager. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and implementing a variety of activities to support children''s development. Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks in line with hygiene standards. Act as the primary point of contact for parents and staff during service delivery. Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety procedures. Supervise and mentor placements/volunteers, ensuring proper documentation and training. Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding standards. Support the Extended Services Manager with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Level 3 NVQ or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. childcare) Current first aid certification Experience of working with children aged 3-11 Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience of working in a supervisory position Ability to work effectively as
